I was really surprised by how well this worked! After getting a case of this bad cold/flu going around lately and being bed bound, I came across this and my immune system got the boost it needed instantly. As I was struggling to eat anything, I really appreciated this being in spray form and being able to spray or add it to my teas to be absorbed. Even though I’ve recovered from my cold/flu, I still take it to keep my immune system strong.
